Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using OGImagen ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

OGImagen is a web application that uses AI to generate Open Graph images from text prompts. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the free tier
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service
  • Impersonate other individuals or organisations

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content (titles, descriptions, reference images) you submit. You grant OGImagen a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service.

Images generated by the Service are made available to you under a non-exclusive licence. We make no warranty that generated images are free of third-party IP claims.

7. Plans and billing

  • Free plan — 3 generations per day. Generated images include a watermark.
  • Pro plan — Unlimited generations, no watermark. Billed monthly via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGImagen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OGImagen operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
